Engineering.
Our staff is trained in the use of SolidWorks, SMP and Autocad. Our 21 years of experience in the business allows us to able to work from complete solid models to simple sketches. Our superior engineering abilties allow us to develop a prototype in 2-5 days with production time averaging 3 weeks.
Manufacturing.
Our state of the art equipment can handle orders from single items into the thousands. Our process can start with simple shearing operations to laser cutting and NC punching. We brake Form, Roll Form, Weld (Tig/Mig), Spotweld, Grind and Powder paint in house. We work with diverse types of materials ranging from tubing, wire, sheet-metal, aluminum and some Stainless steel.
Quality Custom Finishes.
With our own in-house powder coating line we are able to control the high level finishes our customers have come to expect. Imagination is the only limiting factor to the array of colors we can provide. Our finishes range from matte, textured to high gloss and can be proudly seen in a wide variety of displays ranging from home goods to high end cosmetics.
Impeccable Service.
We've modeled our communications process to mirror our customer's. Our Project Management group is responsible for every aspect of a project the minute production starts. They provide all pertinent information related to the project to our customers and can answer any questions regarding progress of production and anticipated finish dates.
